Catherine: I learned to dance with Durban Salsa towards the end of 2008 and was hooked from the very first class. “Hearing that latin music and getting on the dancefloor takes me straight to my happy place, energises me hugely and gives me the opportunity to discover more of myself”. 


Catherine started teaching salsa at the beginning of 2010. “Teaching combines two of my greatest passions – salsa and personal development. It is very fulfilling for me to see how people blossom and grow in confidence in the six weeks they spend with us in the Improver's Class.” In our classes you can expect to be encouraged, applauded, stretched beyond what you think you can do but most importantly to have loads of fun.
